CloudPay – All Functionality
The following features will be unavailable during the outage:
Access to the CloudPay Admin Console (including extracts, changes, and removals)
New subscriptions, payments, refunds, and renewals
Any renewals due during the outage will be automatically processed once the window closes.
Live/On-Demand Content – Partial Impact
While content services are largely segregated, entitlement management and authorisation are handled via CloudPay.
Users without recently cached entitlement data may receive access errors.
This is expected to affect a limited number of users, and only during the outage window.
✅ Recommended Client Actions
To minimise user impact, we recommend extending session lengths prior to the maintenance:
Log into the CloudPay Admin Console
Navigate to:
Settings > Application Settings > Concurrency > Default session length > Edit
Change the value to: 1440 minutes (24 hours)
🔁 Important: Please revert this setting to its original value after the maintenance window has concluded.
